These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New South Wales, Australia.

10.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Tavelirda regarding your use of our services.

10.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
